Anvendelse:

Start/stop af mælkepumpe og fjernelse af luft fra mælk.

Design:

Start/stop unit’en leveres med en rustfri beholder, AISI316, indvendig og udvendig slebet.

Beholderen leveres med diffuser bund, med tangentielt indløb og udløb på svøbet og top dæksel med spænderinge.

Beholderen leveres med niveau følere for start/stop af mælkepumpe og luftstyrede ventiler for udluftning og CIP. Niveau følere og ventiler er monteret i dækslet.

Leveres med kontrolpanel for styring af ventiler og mælkepumpe under produktion og CIP.

Application:

Start/stop of milk reception pump and air elimination.

Design:

The start/stop unit is delivered with a stainless steel container, AISI 316L, inside and outside polished. The container is delivered with diffuser bottom, with tangential inlet and outlet on the shell and with top cover with clamp ring.

The unit is delivered with level switches for start/stop of the milk pump and air operated valves for deaeration and CIP. Level switches and valves are mounted in the cover.

The unit is delivered with a control panel for operating of milk pump and valves under production and CIP.
