Cip Unit Maxi

Principle of operation.

The Clean In Place unit cleans by circulating water and diluted cleaning agent over the object to be cleaned. The heating of the washing liquid takes place in-line through a tube heat exchanger during circulation of the module. Flow velocity, flow temperature and circulation time are controlled by preset points for each cleaning circuit.

Two or three individual modules can be linked together or built on the same frame with a common operating system and supplied from the same caustic soda and acid tanks or any recycling water tank. Each CIP Unit can be placed in safe distance of caustic soda and acid tanks and close to the items to be cleaned by the CIP Unit. This saves cleaning time and energy for transportation and heating of cleaning solutions.

Control system

Our CIP solution are equipped with an automatic control system. Depending on selected options the control system has up to 6 different cleaning programs and can control individual routes for cleaning various topics plus caustic soda and an acid make-up program. 

Each route has an individual set point for circulation time and breaks and for flow and return-flow temperature. This provides highly effective cleaning at a minimum consumption of time, energy, water and detergent. 

The control system controls the separation of the return-flow liquids distributed as a decoy to drain, collected in the relevant detergent tank or in the recycling water tank.
